ZDY25000LDK high power automatic crawler directional drilling rig is a kind of self-walking full hydraulic power head crawler tunnel drilling rig suitable for large diameter near horizontal deep hole drilling. The drilling rig adopts electro-hydraulic integrated control and remote control, with large torque output. The drilling rig has advanced technical performance, large output capacity, strong process adaptability, convenient movement and relocation. It can be drilled by full remote-control operation and can also be operated by hydraulic control console. The mechanical loading and unloading of the drill rod can be realized by the mechanical hand or the rolling rod system behind the gyrator. It is mainly used in the construction of large diameter gas drainage holes and other engineering holes in underground coal mine with rotary steering and geosteering drilling technology and instruments.

2.The hydraulic system of drilling rig adopts single operation mode, and the operation mode of drilling rig is remote control operation by wireless remote controller. Except for some auxiliary actions, other actions can be controlled by wireless remote controller.
3.The drilling rig is equipped with manipulator and drill rod box. The combination of top double gripper and active drill rod is used to unscrew the drill rod. At the same time, the automatic loading and unloading control of drill rod can be realized by the manipulator through the control system program of the drilling rig.
4.The main shaft of gripper adopts 135mm large hole structure, which meets the requirement of large capacity rotary torque output. 1.The drilling rig has equipped with wireless remote control which can remote control of various movements of the drilling rig. The remote control has a wireless communication mode with the host, which can display the relevant drilling parameters such as rotary speed, feed pressure and other main parameters of the drilling rig in real time. Operators can stay away from the orifice when operating the rig, thus effectively ensuring their personal safety.

2.The drilling rig has the function of automatic up and down drill rod. The automatic up and down drill rod system composed of manipulator and drill rod box is driven by the control software to complete the automatic up and down function of drill rod with different drilling inclination angles, which can replace the manual automatic adding and disassembly of drill rod.

3.The drilling rig comes with data automatic detection and display function. During the drilling process, it can automatically detect and display drilling routine parameters, such as drilling weight, rotational speed, feed speed and other dynamic parameters.

The drilling machine adopts multi-sensing technology, and realizes real-time monitoring and diagnosis of abnormal changes of drilling parameters by extracting the sensor parameters of displacement, pressure and speed in the drilling process.
