It can be drilled by full remote-control operation and can also be operated by a hydraulic control console. The mechanical loading and unloading of the drill rod can be realized by the mechanical hand or the rolling rod system behind the gyrator. It is mainly used in the construction of large diameter gas drainage holes and other engineering holes in the underground coal mine with rotary steering and geosteering drilling technology and instruments.

2. The hydraulic system of the drilling rig adopts a single operation mode, and the operation mode of the drilling rig is remote control operation by a wireless remote controller. Except for some auxiliary actions, other actions can be controlled by a wireless remote controller.
3. The drilling rig is equipped with a manipulator and drill rod box. The combination of the top double gripper and active drill rod is used to unscrew the drill rod. At the same time, the automatic loading and unloading control of the drill rod can be realized by the manipulator through the control system program of the drilling rig.
4. The main shaft of the gripper adopts a 135mm large hole structure, which meets the requirement of large capacity rotary torque output. The rated output torque is 22000Nm, and the maximum output torque is 25000Nm. It can carry out large angle drilling construction and has strong technological adaptability.

3. The drilling rig comes with data automatic detection and display function. During the drilling process, it can automatically detect and display drilling routine parameters, such as drilling weight, rotational speed, feed speed and other dynamic parameters.
4. The drilling rig has the function of preventing stuck drilling in the drilling process. The drilling machine adopts multi-sensing technology and realizes real-time monitoring and diagnosis of abnormal changes in drilling parameters by extracting the sensor parameters of displacement, pressure and speed in the drilling process. At the same time, the diagnosis result will be displayed on the screen of the control system to provide the necessary reference for the drilling personnel on site. The control system evaluates the risk of sticking in the drilling process by detecting and judging the status of a pressure sensor, speed sensor and displacement sensor and combining it with an anti-sticking control algorithm to prevent sticking in the drilling process.
5. The drilling rig is equipped with a gas over-limit detection device. When the gas exceeds the limit, the device will send out an acousto-optic alarm to remind the driller on-site to stop drilling.
