ZDY3000LG Drill Rigs are suitable for high-speed auger drilling in soft and outburst-prone coal seam. It can effectively improve the drilling cutting removal ability. 1.Multi degree of freedom luffing mechanism, convenient for angle adjustment and stability
The azimuth angle adjustment is ± 90°, the primary angle adjustment range is -60° ~ ±90
° (after turning the machine body, it can reach -90°~±90°), and the height adjustment range is 1100mm. The angle adjustment and stabilization process does not need to screw down the bolts, but only needs to operate the handle of the hydraulic valve.
2.Borehole can be drilled by ZDY3000LG without pulling down the belt.
3.The width and size of the drilling rig is small (1250mm), which is convenient for moving the hole (or drilling before construction);The feed device can slide back and forth, and the position of the machine body can be adjusted flexibly during the side wall construction of the belt lane to reduce the actual occupation of the tunnel space by the drilling machine.

7.The drilling rig has the protection function of overpressure fallback. When the rotary pressure exceeds the limit, the drill pipe only rotates in the hole and does not feed, so as to reduce the occurrence of sticking during drilling.
8.Easy to turn the fuselage. To adjust the inclination angle of the drilling machine to 0°, it is only necessary to screw out 14 screws, push the feed device to turn 180°, and then tighten the screws.
