[Application scope and technical characteristics]
ZDY4300LF series drill rigs are splitting crawler mounted drill rigs with high rotation torque and drill capacity. There are two components of the drill rig, drill unit and pump station. It is mainly used to drill gas drainage boreholes with a wide range of possible angles in the roof and water detection/drainage boreholes. Some other applications include drilling operations of cluster borehole, geological exploration borehole and engineering boreholes. The rig has capacity to drill as deep as 350m (with borehole diameter of 95mm). It is quite suitable for drilling in narrow roadways, tunnels and underground drill sites.
Some significant advantages of ZDY4300LF rigs are as follows,
1.Comparative small width
Both of the drill unit and pump station have width as narrow as 0.85m which is quite suitable operated and transported underground or in tunnels.
2.Wide range of main axis azimuth and inclination angle adjustment
Both azimuth angle and inclination angle can be adjusted at a range of -90°~90° which can enhance the adaptability and drill boreholes in a wide range of angle.
3.Wide range of drill height
Drill height can be adjusted in a wide range of 1.3m~2.3m (distance from center line of borehole to the bottom of the rig).
4.Reliable hydraulic system and high performant operability
All the control can be done through operating grips of hydraulic valves conveniently.
5.Crawler mounted drill rig, easy to move
With crawlers droved by hydraulic system, it is quite easy to move both rig unit and pump station in the roadway. More labors are saved.

[Application]
1.Luling Coal Mine, Anhui, China
8 boreholes, 385m are drilled in just 4 days in experiment. Drill efficiency was increased by more than 35% compare with other rigs.

On-site designed borehole profile
