[Application scope]
The ZDY4000LP(S) drill rig can meet the requirement of various types of drilling operation such as gas drainage, water injection, geological explosion, advanced pressure release, water detection/drainage, etc. It is suitable for rotary drilling and impact rotary drilling. The width of the whole machine is only 0.95m, which allows the drill rigs can be adapted to multi-purpose drilling construction in narrow roadways.The drilling machine adopts the narrow-body universal platform, with the adjustable range of main shaft inclination angle ±90° and the adjustable range of azimuth angle ±90°. The core components and hydraulic parts of the drilling machine are common with the corresponding split drilling machine, which is convenient to use and maintain and has high reliability. The width of the drilling rig is only 0.95m, which has strong adaptability, good passability and convenient replacement in underground roadways. The drilling rig adopts up and down stabilization, with two upper uprights and four lower stabilizing legs, so that the stability of the whole machine is good. The angle adjusting mechanism adopts the joint support form of inclined support cylinder and inclined support column, which has little vibration and good stability in the process of drilling.
