[Introduction]
ZDY6500K is a large power full hydraulic splitting remote control drilling rig. It is specially developed for equipped with tunnel boring machine (TBM). The drill unit can circumferentially rotate along the tunneling axis of TBM to carry out advanced and surrounding exploration in tunnel construction process. The drilling rig can be equipped with a variety of drilling technique to deal with various complex strata in the process of TBM excavation in coal mine. Compared with TBM's existing conventional advanced exploration drilling rig, this drill has larger torque, feed and pull force, and is more suitable for advanced drilling construction of deep boreholes (more than 300m), which can effectively improve the comprehensive construction efficiency of TBM.


[Description]
ZDY6500K drilling rig is mainly composed of three parts, drill unit, power pack, and operation console. Each part is connected by high-pressure hoses. The drill adopts electro-hydraulic control technology, and all auxiliary movements and drilling movements can be operated by remote control. The maximum remote control distance is 50m, which greatly facilitates the layout of the control board and main engine inside the TBM. The luffing device, which can rotate along the TBM tunneling axis circumferentially, is developed to meet the drilling construction requirements such as TBM advance exploration and circumferential exploration. The drilling rig can be equipped with variety types of drilling tools to meet variety of apertures and complex formations. The drilling rig's circumferential angle adjustment range is ±110°, inclination angle adjustment range is -40°~+60°, and horizontal drill height adjustment range is 600mm (auxiliary adjustment parameters can be customized according to the TBM diameter). The guide rail and the upper lining plate are made of new wear-resistant materials with good wear resistance and long service life. Key hydraulic parts have long service life and high reliability. The hydraulic system adopts constant power load sensing and constant pressure variable technology, which has the advantages of low energy consumption and less heat generating.
